Raymond Fanning recognized at CDC for 40 years service

Raymond Fanning of Washington was recently recognized for outstanding achievement by Julie Gerberding, director at the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) . He was presented an award for being an outstanding employee for the CDC and for his dedication and leadership. He was also recognized for 40 years of service to the U.S. government.

Fanning is a 1966 graduate of Washington Central High School and is the son of Fannie Fanning and the late Frank (Boss) Fanning. He is currently employed at the Centers for Disease Control as a senior engineer. He now resides in Lawrenceville with his wife and two daughters.
