Exchange students experience Mule Day

Georgia Rotary Student Program (GRSP) exchange students hosted by Christina Albertson (left) and her parents as they visited Washington to attend Mule Day were (l-r) Rebecca (from Scotland), Valerie (from Colombia), Dilini (from Sri Lanka), and Liisa (from Finland). Mule day is the local celebration of American heritage from settlement to the 1900s which showcases preserved houses as well as things from soap making, cider presses, and caning chairs to muzzle loading rifles and, of course, mules and how they worked the fields.
