Holliday Park is closed to the public for the winter season. The park will undergo repairs and cleanup during the closed season and will reopen to the public on February 22, 2016. . Victory Baptist Church is planning a Bible Institute to begin Monday, January 11, at 7 p.m. Anyone interested in attending may call the church at 706-678- 1855. Cost of the three-year institute will be minimal with students required to buy their own books. A love offering will be taken at the end of each meeting. The institute is a ministry of the church and will be treated as such. . The Rayle City Council will meet at City Hall on Tuesday, January 5, at 6:30 p.m.
