With the theme “Hats Off to Joyce Ball Patton, Regent, Georgia State Society, Daughters of the American Revolution,” new State Regent Joyce Ball Patton was honored at a luncheon by the Northeast area held at the Jackson EMC Building in Hull.

Regent Patton took this opportunity to introduce herself to State DAR members and to outline her goals for the Georgia State DAR during her tenure as regent.
